On 15 July 2025, BIVAC Lao Co., Ltd. and Lao National Single Window Co., Ltd., in collaboration with the Customs Department and relevant agencies, organized a training course on “Using the NSWA+ System” and officially launched it for customs officials at Wattay International Airport and provincial customs offices.

A total of 25 officials participated in the training, which aimed to strengthen their knowledge and capacity in using the NSWA+ system as a key tool for facilitating customs declarations.

The NSWA+ system plays an essential role in the import-export mechanism by providing access to transportation data, goods details, import and export permits, and standardized information. It enables instant reporting and ensures transparency between the public and private sectors.

This training is considered an important and necessary step in expanding the effective and efficient use of the NSWA+ system in practical operations.
